The Operations Coordinator will provide support for the operations team through organizing paperwork, adjust for credits due to overage, shortage, and damage, post, scan, and file any of the previous days delivery and transfer paperwork. Theyll also analyze and complete the OS&D spreadsheet weekly. They will amend agency orders, print clean invoices, and create driver packets based on the Master File Preload to be handed off to Transportation nightly before leaving. They will also report the evening totals from the pass down in the Performance Tracker on the O drive. Any waste pallets should be processed out during the shift in a timely manner, and inventory tickets created for any lost product on an amended AOR. And any other tasks assigned.

General Job Responsibilities/Accountabilities:
Be able to lift at least 50 lbs.
This is a clerical role that interacts with the warehouse team and periodically visits the warehouse floor to tag or research pallets.
Print, scan, and organize paperwork for various groups of teammates.
Facilitate communication within warehouse to leadership, and between warehouse teammates.
Processes and controls the discarding of waste.
Ensure the work environment is maintained in a clean and safe manner following government and company food safety regulations.
Maintain departmental paperwork and reports
Comply with company work and safety rules
Work in warm and cold temperature conditions that may range from -10 F to 110 F.
Periodically stand, walk, bend, stoop, push, pull, grasp, and reach above the head as needed
Assists in any other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications and Requirements:
High School Diploma: Associates degree or minimum five years work-related experience.
Proficiency in using Microsoft Office software, as well as warehouse management system computer experience
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to multi-task.
High level of interpersonal skills to work effectively with others.
Basic knowledge of math; add, subtract, multiply, divide.
Have the ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers and teammates
Have the ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
Self-starter with the ability to work independently and make quick decisions.
Excellent planning and organization skills.
Proficiency with receiving, order selection and shipping procedures.
Must be able to lift 50 LBS or over.
